SHIPPING
Virtually all orders received by 2:30 PM Pacific Time are shipped the same day. Shipping and handling charges are FOB Anaheim, CA, and are added to the invoice. Please let us know at time of ordering if you will be using your own shipping account number.
PAYMENT TERMS
MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
COD shipments are available.
Net 30 days for approved credit account customers.
Accounts over 60 days past due will be placed on credit hold and future orders will be shipped COD. Accounts not paid within 60 days are subjected to a charge of 1 ½% (18% APR).
SETTING UP A NEW ACCOUNT
To open a credit account at Balboa Supply, contact us via email or telephone for a credit reference form. In most cases, credit can be established and orders shipped on open accounts within 2-3 days.
QUANTITY DISCOUNTS
Volume discounts will be applied whenever possible.
PRICING
Prices for products listed on our website are subject to change without notice. All special quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.
RETURNS, DAMAGES or DISCREPANCIES
Returns can be made within 30 days of invoice date with preapproval. Please contact our Customer Service Department for authorization and an RMA number. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
